We are right in the middle of the Digitalization revolution with Innovation, Purpose, Inclusivity and Personalization driving the changes in the world at a rapid pace. The mathematical and scientific foundations established during the previous industrial revolutions are still very important, but it needs a different and fresh approach and perspective to be integrated into today's evolving reality.

We, at Sparkyo, acknowledge that innovation in teaching and learning processes will be crucial for future generations. We strongly believe that the 21st century skills and themes are a set of abilities and competencies that young learners of today need to develop in order to succeed in this information age.​

These skills have always been important for students, though they have particularly assumed more importance in today's information-driven digital economy. The key skills in industry-driven jobs required knowing a trade, following directions, getting along with others, working hard and being efficient, prompt, honest and fair. Traditional teaching systems and techniques have done an excellent job of teaching these skills, and students today still need them.
To hold information-age jobs, though, students also need to think deeply about issues, solve problems creatively, work in teams, communicate clearly in multiple media, learn ever-changing technologies and deal with a flood of information. The rapid changes in the world today require young learners to be flexible, take the initiative and lead when necessary, and produce something new and useful, continuously.
